Can you integrate with our existing software?

Make sure that you select a time sheet solution that integrates with your existing software, thereby deriving the greatest value from your software investments.

Don’t take their word on this one! Ensure that the vendor demonstrates the actual product integration. Many vendors will promise integration capabilities, yet the actual implementation often involves costly product customizations and manual file exports. 

What To Ask Vendors:


• Will the solution integrate with any third-party software application?

• Do you provide any out-of-the-box integrations?

• Can you demonstrate these integrations to us?

• Will you fully support all of our integrations?

• If we choose to integrate on our own, can we have access to the XML API at no additional cost?
