Jackie Gumbleton, payroll manager of Bloomfield Care Center said: "We currently use a pc linked time and attendance monitoring solution provided by facetime." She mentioned that they used a paper based time sheet system before this. But it was very time consuming and inexact. She also added that they had noticed a reduction in the amount of hours paid per month since introducing a pc linked swipe card system.

82 residents, many of whom are frail and elderly are registered in Bloomfield, a Care Center. They work as a team to keep up the highest standard of physical, nutritional, psychological and social care. They work without undermining the residents' dignity and independence, whatever their needs are. And this is the main aim of its staff.

They go for providing a clean, secure, homely community; including activities, outings and entertainments. This is because they think it is important to keep up close links with the local community, and to inspire the close involvement of residents' relatives and friends.

Their main aim is to lead the field in nursing and residential care by undertaking regular training in order to enable us to deliver the highest standard of care. The psychological, social and spiritual aspects of the individual are believed to be the most important. They also think these aspects have to be cherished.
